Wear breathable training clothes, supportive shoes and bring a water bottle and towel. We recommend hand wraps and gloves — but if you’re just starting out, we have loan gear available. Most people quickly invest in their own once they build confidence in class.

Not at all. Our classes are beginner-friendly, with coaches breaking down stance, footwork and combos in a way that’s easy to follow. Whether it’s your first time or you’ve boxed before, every session is scalable and supportive from start to finish.
No sparring. Our classes are non-contact and focus on pad and bag work, partner drills and conditioning. You’ll still get the full benefit of boxing — improved technique, fitness and coordination — without the pressure or risks of combat sparring.
Sessions typically start with a warm-up, followed by pad work, bag drills, combo training and conditioning rounds. Every class finishes with a cooldown to help recovery. It’s a structured format that trains skill, speed, power and stamina in one go.
Yes — boxing is a high-intensity, high-calorie workout that builds muscle and burns fat. Combined with good nutrition, it’s a proven way to support weight loss while improving cardio, strength and overall body composition.
