How Well Do You Really Know Your Personal Trainer?

What inspired you to become a Personal Trainer?

I was once in the exact same position as many of my clients. I struggled with anxiety and low self esteem for a long time. Finding a passion for training and nutrition didn’t just change my body: it completely transformed my mental wellbeing, quality of life & confidence. I became a trainer because I wanted to help others experience that same shift- from feeling stuck to feeling capable.

What qualifications and certifications do you hold?

• Certificate 3 in Fitness
• Certificate 4 in Fitness
• Currently studying my Certificate 4 in Nutrition

What is your training specialty or coaching style?

I specialise in strength training and body recomposition, but my true focus is on sustainable habit change. I don’t believe in the ‘all or nothing’ approach, I believe in building a lifestyle that fuels your body and mind.

Who do you typically love working with most (beginners, athletes, weight loss, rehab, etc.)?

I absolutely love working with beginners. There is nothing quite like watching someone’s love for training grow as they realise what they are capable of. I love working with people who are ready to move away from restrictive mindsets and start training for strength, confidence & longevity.

What can clients expect from your coaching style and sessions?

You can expect a coach who is 100% in your corner. My sessions focus on building proficiency and pushing your limits whilst also creating a space for clients to feel safe, strong & confident.

What makes your training approach different from other trainers?

I don’t just look at the number on the scale. To me, the scale is just one unit of data- it doesn’t measure your consistency, your energy, your muscle or your growth. I care just as much about your mental wins and your relationship with good & training as I do the physical results.

What is one thing you're passionate about helping clients achieve?

I am passionate about helping clients reach a place where they are confident, understanding the value of food to truly fuel their bodies & using exercise as a way to make them feel empowered & strong.

What is your proudest client transformation or success story?

A client I am still currently working with is down 11kg which is incredible ! What I love most about this transformation is seeing the change in her lifestyle, routines & confidence. Training on her own, feeling confident to wear a crop top in the gym & learning how to balance life with her current fitness goals.

What’s one fitness myth you’d love to bust?

More restriction, more cardio, more intensity isn’t the answer. Consistency & sustainability is what drives actual results. You don’t need perfection: you need consistency over time.

What’s your favourite workout or training method?

I love the combination of strength training, HIIT & running.

What’s one fun or interesting fact about you?

I am a qualified Primary School Teacher.
